Steffy Babu

Steffy is a Registered Nurse with over 13 years of clinical experience, having transitioned into education three years ago. Her core expertise is in acute care nursing, with additional experience in community care settings. Her journey into education began with her mentorship qualification, where she mentored student nurses. She has since developed training packages, led clinical training initiatives and provided guidance to nursing staff and healthcare professionals in collaboration with training companies commissioned by the NHS. Over the past 2 years, Steffy has specialised in clinical training as well as quality and safety training.

Her goal is to empower learners, ensuring they meet the required standards and criteria for their roles. Additionally, she aims to enhance her training expertise by upskilling in her specialty areas.

Steffy’s nursing degree from India included a comprehensive curriculum covering adult, paediatric and mental health nursing, along with a one-month exchange program at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland, which enriched her international perspective on healthcare.
