These modules are suitable for new manager’s or newly appointed managers or as a refresh to build skills and confidence. The aim of these modules is to give managers the core fundamental knowledge to build their skills and confidence in managing others, the modular approach to gives clients the opportunity to select the most appropriate modules for the needs of their managers.
Sessions are highly interactive using many engaging delivery techniques including scenario-based learning, live demonstration, interactive polling and discussions in breakout rooms. The sessions are delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams and each cohort can take up to 10 learners although we suggest a minimum of 6 learners per cohort and each session is 3 hours in duration.
