Minimum/maximum learner numbers	A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 learners are required for this learning.

The aim of this learning is to support managers to be able to confidently use the SMART criteria to create and review meaningful and effective objectives, particularly in relation to appraisals (both for the learners themselves and those whom they manage).

Construct a stretching SMART objective of your own
Critique example objectives, assessing against the SMART criteria
