The Learning Enterprise (TLE) is an independent training provider which delivers a range of apprenticeships and vocational development as well as training consultancy to organisations, bespoke learning design and a portfolio of learning solutions covering Compliance, Clinical Skills and Awareness, Leadership and Management, Digital Skills and Core Skills and Behaviours. TLE is also the dedicated learning and development department of HCRG Care Group.

We deliver and transform adult and children community health services and sexual health services. Across England, we support communities of many millions and directly help more than half a million people each year.

The TLE team is made up of experienced and skilled training and development specialists from a wide variety of specialisms and backgrounds in health and social care services, including the emergency services and the armed forces, as well as assessors from a range of industries, leadership specialists, digital training specialists and in-house instructional design provision.

Our consultant teachers, trainers and assessors are committed to providing you with the best learning opportunities. Many have current clinical registrations and have significant experience in frontline care or have significant industry experience giving them unrivalled knowledge of training requirements.
