Minimum/maximum learner numbers

The aim of this learning is to give leaders the tools they need to adopt a coaching style of leadership and have successful coaching conversations.

Learners will be able to:

  • Identify differences between a coaching approach, training, mentoring or counselling
  • Recognise when coaching someone is appropriate and likely to be effective
  • Examine models used to add structure to a coaching conversation, specifically GROW & FUEL
  • Demonstrate the five core coaching skills in a personal scenario
