With over 13 years of experience in Health and Social Care, Charlotte has a strong background in Health Improvement and specialises in Wellbeing and Leadership training. A trained Professional Workplace Mediator, she is committed to fostering positive, inclusive workplace cultures. Currently working toward her CIPD Level 7 in Learning and Development, she brings a strategic and people-focused approach to organisational development, grounded in a deep understanding of workforce wellbeing and effective leadership.
Charlotte’s aspiration in her role is to foster a culture of continuous learning, growth and inclusion. She hopes to support others to thrive, build a learning environment that encourages curiosity and confidence, and contribute to a wider organisational culture where people feel invested in, valued and proud of their growth.
As a member of the national co-design team for NHS Wellbeing Conversations, she was part of the programme’s successful launch across two acute NHS trusts to support the mental health of staff and workplace culture.
During her career Charlotte has contributed to the design and delivery of an award-winning Wellbeing Hub, developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting community resilience through integrated wellbeing services.
Charlotte has empowered hundreds of individuals to improve their health outcomes through tailored health education and behavioural change support, creating lasting impact for patients and future generations. She is passionate about creating healthier workplaces, she believes that wellbeing and compassionate leadership are fundamental to high-performing teams and sustainable care. With roots in frontline health and social care, she brings a grounded, real-world perspective to her work, informed by over a decade of direct experience.
