Deena, an experienced and qualified quality assurer, has over 20 years of expertise within the apprenticeship sector. As the Apprenticeship Quality Lead and Designated Safeguarding/Prevention Lead at TLE, she supports a multi-disciplined apprenticeship team through a varied apprenticeship offering, driven by her passion for lifelong learning and dedication to helping individuals reach their full potential.

She excels in driving outstanding performance by monitoring provision against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring compliance with quality requirements and meticulously reporting on progress and outcomes. She manages and continually reviews the internal quality cycle process, including quality standards, policies, procedures and action plans, ensuring adherence to apprenticeship sector requirements.

Currently pursuing a Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship, Deena is committed to her professional development and enhancing her leadership capabilities. Her focus is on creating an exciting and engaging learning experience through continuous improvement, aiming to deliver accessible and high-quality education.

Her dedication to quality learning journeys is evident in her recent success story, where she supported one of TLE’s first Coaching Professional apprentices. Through her mentorship, the apprentice was well-prepared for their end-point assessment and successfully completed their programme. Deena takes immense pride in witnessing the transformative impact of apprenticeships, particularly in seeing individuals’ confidence grow and positively influencing their roles.
