Jenny Brandon

Jenny qualified as a Children’s nurse working on a general paediatric ward then went on to train as a Health Visitor. Jenny has a passion for training and has worked as a clinical trainer for the past 6 years, working alongside a Children’s Continuing Care team (CCCT). Jenny realised the importance of ensuring children with complex care needs were cared for safely by ensuring their care team were adequately trained to support the children. She moved into a senior staff nurse role and then a Clinical Case Manager with CCCT to be able to give more focus to children as individuals. During this time, Jenny worked alongside an expert team, through the Covid pandemic to ensure children with complex needs were able to get the care they needed without attending a hospital, ensuring their safety from the virus. 

 Jenny joined TLE in July to further pursue her passion in high standard training for children’s care teams to enable the best outcomes for the children.  

Jenny started her career as a care assistant, working her way to where she is now by following her dream, never give up, your dream can become a reality!
