Kayleigh Ford

Kayleigh has worked within the learning and development and health and social care sectors throughout her career. Working in a variety of roles, she has always had the opportunity and a passion to support learners through their development and career journeys. 

Kayleigh endeavours to provide high quality training to support the best outcomes for health and care services. She works to identify and develop effective teaching styles and materials to deliver and achieve learning outcomes using a blended approach, adapting to the learners’ requirements.  

During her career as a trainer, Kayleigh took on the challenge of moving to Kenya to teach English, she worked in supervisory role and supported programme development and implementation.
