As we near the end of 2024, we have had the opportunity to create some exciting new bite-sized learning interventions that really focus on supporting the wellbeing of our leaners, alongside developing their personal effectiveness in their roles at work and in their personal life.

Matt wanted to design a session based on the book ‘Atomic Habits’ by James Clear after reading the book himself and being inspired to transform his own habits and behaviours for the better. His course, Managing Habits Effectively, is targeted at helping learners understand why they might struggle to break bad habits, create new habits and how to take control of their own behaviours. These skills are fundamental to managing yourself effectively at work and adapting to changing environments
Kirsty participated in some self-exploration earlier this year to consider how to meet the demands of a busy life as a working parent, often juggling multiple priorities at once. Managing Time Effectively brings to life three time management tools which can be immediately applied by learners to help them prioritise tasks, boost productivity and consider what is stopping them from starting in the first place.
Great session that gave us chance to critically evaluate our habits, how we can make or break habits and ways to overcome obstacles. Thank you for a great session!

Leading into the new year we will be launching further sessions to help our learners better manage their work-life balance, prioritise their wellbeing and feel supported through change. What’s really exciting for us is the new suite of digital tools at our disposal which will allow us to create a much more learner centred experience.
